ea785960d8 feat: abstract wizard page into base class 
ScrolledWizardPage was abstracted into a more generic base class for use
with other wizards, e.g., the uninstall wizard. First-time setup pages
were subclassed from this into EnumeratedWizardPage, since they use a
multi-page hierarchy.
