Merge cf6e0a5aaa into 4d89c5d3e2

Updated minitoc patterns to include versioning. `TeX.gitignore` now ignores both numbered and non-numbered minitoc files. 

The changes were made to include:
- Numbered `.maf`, `.mlf`, `.mlt`, and `.mtc` files;
- Non-numbered `.slf`, `.slt`, and `.stc` files.
