Subject: [PATCH] Update Lazarus.gitignore

chore: add modern Lazarus/Free Pascal .gitignore template

- Add compiler and linker binaries (*.exe, *.dll, *.so, *.dylib, *.a, *.lib, *.o, *.or, *.ppu, *.compiled, *.dbg, *.rsj)
- Include project backup and output directories (backup/, lib/, units/, *.bak, *.~*, *.$*)
- Exclude IDE and user-specific local files (*.lps, *.lfm.bak, *.lpi.bak, lazarus.cfg)
- Handle internationalization and documentation artifacts (*.rst, *.lrt)
- Suppress macOS application bundles (*.app/)
